Meet the Chef

Christa is a certified Ayurveda Health Counsellor and has been studying Ayurveda for over six years. She has cooked at yoga retreats all over the world and believes a healthy relationship with food starts with cooking! Cooking should be easy, fun, and stress-free. Just as eating should be enjoyable and nourishing.

All classes are held via Zoom. You will receive a link a week prior to the first class.

What makes it Ayurvedic? 

All meals are made with seasonal ingredients to reduce the seasonal dosha of pitta. Pitta is the fire element, so we cook meals that cool and calm us down. 

You will learn which foods, spices and herbs are Pitta reducing and great to bring balance for the summer. 

Perfect if you are experiencing digestive issues, skin issues, seasonal allergies, hormonal imbalance, migraines etc.
