We use seasonal products local to the Northern  Hemisphere. We let nature set the menu. 

For All Doshas

All meals are adjustable to each dosha. This means you can add or take out things that benefit your dosha. 

Vegan/ Veg

Non-vegan meals will have options to make vegan or vegetarian. There will also be many vegan/ veg meals. 

Allergen-Free

All meals can be adjusted to be gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free etc. 

Honouring Other Cultures

Meals from different countries and cultures will be provided.

Six tastes

Ayurveda emphasizes the importance of the six tastes: sweet, sour, salty, pungent, bitter, and astringent. Each taste offers unique benefits, and balancing them in a meal supports optimal health and harmony in the body.
