What Is An Ayurveda Spring Refresh?

In Ayurveda, we’re encouraged to take intentional pauses during the year to care for both body and mind. I have participated in other programs from Christa and always had great success. Before this cleanse, I struggled with poor sleep habits, excess weight, and sluggishness, plus too much evening snacking. Since the cleanse I now have a regular sleep routine, am eating only three meals a day, and exercise regularly. 

 

I feel my energy level has also improved and my digestion is better. I am finally understanding ways to compensate for my dosha being out of balance. 

 

I loved being in community and having a detailed manual to follow with lots of great tips and recipes. The Zoom meetings were an excellent way for the participants to connect, share and encourage one another.
