Join The Peaceful Eating Path - 1-1 Coaching Program
Finally, let go of dieting, being hyper-focused on what you're eating, denying yourself the foods you love, and feeling anxious about making the wrong choices.

Let's explore a gentler, more compassionate way to feel good in your body.
A 6-month 1-1 coaching program
If you feel you have seen it all and are ready for a new approach, you are ready for a different path- the Peaceful Eating Path is your path to food freedom.

This program is not another health plan or diet. This is not about restricting and more willpower, it's the opposite. It's learning to reconnect with your body's signals, undoing learned diet behaviour and tapping into what you want and need.
It's a radical mindset shift that leads to a peaceful and confident relationship with food and your body.

This program is rooted in the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, the modern principles of Intuitive Eating, and the Body Neutrality Concept.
This program is for you if....
You have been dieting for a long time and feel exhausted from it.
You have been trying to heal with food, but it hasn't gotten you what you want.
You think about food all the time.
You feel anxious, guilty, or confused about what to eat.
You struggle with overeating, bingeing, or emotional eating.
You wish you could stop caring so much about your weight, but the desire to lose weight won't go away.
You want to feel at home in your body again.
You’re done with dieting but don’t know what “peaceful eating” actually feels like.
You want compassionate guidance, not more rules and judgment.
If you read this and thought yes, that’s me, then you are in the right place.

"After my coaching sessions with Christa, I understand more thoroughly how to balance my eating habits and my health using the principles of Ayurveda. It has helped me improve my cooking and outlook on food tremendously and I learned how to work with culinary spices to improve my health. I also joined the Ayurveda Fall Cleanse of 2021 which was a great experience, I would highly recommend working with Christa one-on-one or participating in one of her group programs!"

Steps on The Peaceful Eating Path
The goal of these 6 steps is to create a peaceful relationship with food and your body. Every person comes in with their own story, struggles and needs, so the program will always be tailored to you.
Step 1:
The Influence of Diet & Wellness Culture
We often think we are alone and that we are the ones to blame for not being "successful" in losing weight or getting healht or fit, but you are navigating a landscape that is steeped in toxic diet culture. Becoming aware of this landscape is step 1 of the Peaceful Eating Path.
Step 2:
What's Your Body Story?
Let's look at what your story is with your body, food, and health. How did you get to where you are now? Knowing your story is the start of replacing punishment with compassion, and pushing with gentleness. These are key elements to bring back safety in your body.
Step 3:
Reconnect with Hunger and Fullness
Most people on a health or weightloss journey lose touch with their hunger and fullness signals because you are told what, when, and how much to eat. Not to listen to your body. In this step, you will learn how to feel these signals again and to learn to choose to eat what you really like!
Step 4:
Let Go of Food Rules
In this phase , you will slowly start to let go of the endless food rules, diet myths, and health beliefs and you will make room for your own likes and dislikes, set routines and habits that support you and your lifestyle without feeling restrictive and no fun.
Step 5:
Gentle Nutrition + Addressing Health
You don't have to throw out all your nutrition knowledge, you can bring in what is useful andleave the rest. Here you'll learn simple nutrition guidelines based on the gentle ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. You'll learn simple ways to support your health.
Step 6:
Body Respect + Joyful Movement
In this last step, we'll dive deeper into how to separate your appearance from your self-worth and how to treat your body with the respect it deserves. You will look at joyful movement and self-care routines.
About Me

After my own healthy journey, which turned into disordered eating behaviour, I started to dive deeper into what actually works. And how do people really want to feel about health, food, and their body? What are the underlying struggles, and how do we move through them? I found Ayurveda to be very gentle on the health front, the Intuitive Eating principles helpful for making peace with food and Body Image coaching transformative for feeling at ease in your body.

Now I combine the three modalities, plus several coaching techniques, to help my clients shift their mindset and finally find the freedom they have been looking for.

What clients say:
I began working with Christa during a time in my life where my sleep and eating schedule was completely out of control. After each weekly zoom session, I felt inspired and hopeful. Through her guidance, I was able to gently address my relationship with food and sleeping and set small weekly goals to regulate my nervous system again. Outside of our sessions, I met with Christa at the local farmer's market and experienced a new way of looking at food. It was so exciting bringing home foods from the market, as it sparked my creativity in the kitchen, cooking with new ingredients. If you're looking for a genuine and wholesome approach to food and lifestyle, I extremely recommend working with Christa! I will cherish the sessions we had, and am thankful for the time spent under her guidance.

When I started working with Christa my diet was all over the place, I had no routine with eating, and my digestion was off. I also struggled with anxiety and sleep. Already after a few weeks, I noticed a big difference. I felt so much better in terms of energy and feeling calm during the day. I started eating more fresh foods, cooking my own meals, and implementing a routine for mealtimes.
I managed to reduce my coffee intake and create a better evening routine which tremendously improved my sleep.

I attended her online cooking classes every month to learn more!
