1:1 Ayurvedic Health Coaching

Ayurvedic coaching is customized to your unique situation. Having someone guide you and help you step-by-step towards finding balance and peace with food can be incredibly valuable and is such a compassionate way to care for yourself.

Ayurveda works for you

Unlike most other diets, Ayurveda is uniquely tailored to each individual. It is not a one-size-fits-all approach, and by working together, it becomes clear what works best for you based on your unique constitution and life situation.

Through my work with many clients over the years, I've discovered that most people struggle with their emotional relationship with food. (as did I!) This often begins in childhood, with comments about the food or your body at the dinner table. We create our own beliefs and stories around this, shaping our relationship with food and our body accordingly. Society then perpetuates these beliefs, leading to confusion and struggles around food.

In my opinion, this is not something to bypass in health coaching; in fact, it can even be triggered or exacerbated by health coaching. By addressing and uncovering the emotional relationship with food, we can work to reduce stress in the body and establish routines and choices around food that support your lifestyle and create health by aligning the bodily systems.

If you are curious to see if Ayurveda is for you, book a call, and let's discuss further. This call is free of charge and no strings attached. You lead the way.

The Four Pillars

The goal of the four pillars is to restore your relationship with food, your body, and your health. You will be able to let go of an old food story that is no longer serving you and rewrite your story into one that will support you and your lifestyle in a joyful and easeful way.

Pillar 1:

Explore Your Food Story
Before you start changing routines and eating habits, we want to dive into your food story, your story around health, and your body. During this phase we might discover beliefs, thought patterns, and behaviours that are no longer serving you. Becoming aware of them is essential.

Pillar 2:

Rewrite Your Food Story
This is the part where you get to write a new story about food, health, and your body. A story from your own values, with beliefs that support your lifestyle.

Pillar 3:

Routines & Rituals

Now that you have your new story you can start setting routines and rituals that benefit and support your unique lifestyle.

Pillar 4:

Reconnect with Your Food
In this phase we look at food and how your new story is going to play out practically on the day to day.

What clients say:

I began working with Christa during a time in my life where my sleep and eating schedule was completely out of control. After each weekly zoom session, I felt inspired and hopeful. Through her guidance, I was able to gently address my relationship with food and sleeping and set small weekly goals to regulate my nervous system again. Outside of our sessions, I met with Christa at the local farmer's market and experienced a new way of looking at food. It was so exciting bringing home foods from the market, as it sparked my creativity in the kitchen, cooking with new ingredients. If you're looking for a genuine and wholesome approach to food and lifestyle, I extremely recommend working with Christa! I will cherish the sessions we had, and am thankful for the time spent under her guidance.

When I started working with Christa my diet was all over the place, I had no routine with eating, and my digestion was off. I also struggled with anxiety and sleep. Already after a few weeks, I noticed a big difference. I felt so much better in terms of energy and feeling calm during the day. I started eating more fresh foods, cooking my own meals, and implementing a routine for mealtimes.

I managed to reduce my coffee intake and create a better evening routine which tremendously improved my sleep.

I attended her online cooking classes every month to learn more!

"After my coaching sessions with Christa, I understand more thoroughly how to balance my eating habits and my health using the principles of Ayurveda. It has helped me improve my cooking and outlook on food tremendously and I learned how to work with culinary spices to improve my health. I also joined the Ayurveda Fall Cleanse of 2021 which was a great experience, I would highly recommend working with Christa one-on-one or participating in one of her group programs!"
