Meet the Chef

Christa is a certified Ayurveda Health Counsellor and has been studying Ayurveda for over six years. She has cooked at yoga retreats all over the world and believes a healthy relationship with food starts with cooking! Cooking should be easy, fun, and stress-free. Just as eating should be enjoyable and nourishing.

Our cooking classes are held every third or last Wednesday of the month from
5.30 - 7 PM EST.
Purchase a single class, 3 class pass or
a discounted membership.
All classes are over Zoom. You will receive a link a week prior to the class.
You are responsible for purchasing your own ingredients before the class starts.
