Christa is a certified Ayurveda Health Counsellor who has studied and practiced Ayurveda for ten years.
She has cooked at yoga retreats worldwide and believes a healthy relationship with food starts with cooking!
Cooking should be easy, fun, and stress-free. Just as eating should be enjoyable and nourishing.
