Steps on The Peaceful Eating Path Group Program
Every session is 90-minutes with time for learning, sharing, questions, and exercises.
Week 1:
Introduction and Building a Safe Container
In our first session, we lay the ground guidelines for safe support and exploration.
Week 2:
The Influence of Diet & Wellness Culture
We often think we are alone and that we are the ones to blame for not being "successful" in losing weight or getting healht or fit, but you are navigating a landscape that is steeped in toxic diet culture. Becoming aware of this landscape is step 1 of the Peaceful Eating Path.
Week 3:
Body Neutrality & Reclaiming Safety
You'll be introduced to the radical concept of body neutrality; what does this mean, and how to practice it. The goal is start feeling at home in your body again, and feeling safe in your body is a big part of this.
Week 4:
Make Peace with Food
In this week , you will slowly start to let go of the endless food rules, diet myths, and health beliefs and you will make room for your own likes and dislikes, set routines and habits that support you and your lifestyle without feeling restrictive and no fun.
Week 5:
Reconnect with Hunger and Fullness
Most people on a health or weightloss journey lose touch with their hunger and fullness signals because you are told what, when, and how much to eat. Not to listen to your body. In this step, you will learn how to feel these signals again and to learn to choose to eat what you really like!
Week 6:
Cope with Emotions with Kindness
This week, we'll address emotional eating and how to cope with your emotions with kindness and move through them with compassion.
Week 7:
Gentle Nutrition + Body Respect
You don't have to throw out all your nutrition knowledge, you can bring in what is useful and leave the rest. Here you'll learn simple nutrition guidelines based on the gentle ancient wisdom of Ayurveda.
Week 8:
Integration & Closing Session
This last session is an opportunity to integrate, share, ask questions, and close the program with clear next steps. And of course, we celebrate our wins!

Private community space
Ask questions, share wins, and feel supported between sessions in a private group chat.
Weekly lessons + self-reflective exercises
During sessions, we'll do short + doable exercises, created to support your nervous system, not overwhelm it.

Plenty of resources for you to learn and dive deeper.
One 1:1 session
One private 30-minute session to support you on the path.
