Rice pudding! Perfect for breakfast or a late afternoon snack. Did you know that adding protein (milk) to a dessert makes it much easier to digest? You don't get as much of a spike in your blood sugar, so your energy will not fluctuate as much. Cardamom is great for breaking up pflegm and reducing flatulence. Cinnamon is a demulcent and stimulant, great for smooth elimination.

  • basmati rice - homemade almond or organic milk - cinnamon - cardamom - nutmeg - fresh ginger - organic maple syrup
