My Food

I cook according to Ayurvedic principles....and my own taste!

01

Enjoyment

My passion for cooking takes me on a journey of flavours and colours from different parts of the world. I love to experiment with spices, herbs, and vegetables to create beautiful and delicious dishes that are pleasing to the eye and the palate.

02

Supports digestion

With the knowledge of Ayurveda I know which foods digest well and feel good in my own body. This helps me enjoy my meals and feel good afterwards. I can make my meals more digestible by adding spices, herbs, oils, and certain tastes.

03

Seasonal

Cooking with seasonal produce is essential in Ayurveda. It enhances flavour, aids digestion, and boosts nutrition. Learning about seasonal eating brings me closer to nature and gives me this feeling of slow and intentional living.

04

Six tastes

Ayurveda has a concept of the six tastes: sweet, sour, salty, pungent, bitter, and astringent. Each taste has its own function; combining them well creates a meal that supports your body best.
