What Is An Ayurvedic Cleanse?

If you recognize this, then a cleanse is what you need! An Ayurveda cleanse is a 7-day program where you eat easy-to-digest (lighter) foods and focus on resting and rejuvenating the body. The idea is to move build-up toxins from the body into the GI tract to release them through your waste products.
An Ayurveda cleanse is mild and gentle, not harsh on the body. You will still eat solid foods and not feel hungry or physically unwell. You can still go to work and go about your daily life. It is recommended to slow down during this week and have more time for rest and reflection.
