Ayurveda Health Coach
In 2014, I became a certified Yoga Teacher, which started my interest in Ayurveda. Now, I am a certified Ayurveda Health Counsellor and have been coaching one-on-one, hosting group programs, and running retreats since 2017.

I struggled for 15+ years with digestive issues and had tried everything under the sun to heal myself. Nothing worked. Until I learned about my unique body+mind type (dosha) and realized I was doing all the wrong things to become healthy.

Not only had I not healed my digestive issues, but I also developed a very stressful and anxious relationship with food.

I started eating for my dosha and adopted lifestyle practices that healed my digestive issues. But now it was time to heal my relationship with food. I no longer trusted my body to know what was right for me. I only ever pushed it, restricted my food, and listened to what other people told me. I went from self-rejection to self-compassion. I started to listen to my body and trust myself again, and now I have a peaceful relationship with food and my body.
My passion is to share this transformative knowledge with you. Join my workshop and embark on a journey towards a healthier, more harmonious relationship with food and your body.
