Inside The Program
Before you enroll in The Healthy Habit Builder we’ll start off with a one-on-one phone call to make sure you are a great fit for the program. Once enrolled, we will develop a customized plan to move you through the following steps:
Before we get started we’ll make sure you get set up for success. You’ll get invited to a platform called PracticeBetter where you can find all your meeting notes, exercises, protocols throughout the program and you will have this available for years after you are done. Onboarding contains a thorough intake form, information on Ayurveda, and a walk-through the PracticeBetter app.
A Full Ayurvedic Assessment
The foundation of this program is based in the healing wisdom of Ayurveda. To create a successful roadmap towards your goals we do a full Ayurvedic Assessment to get a holistic view of you as a person; physically, mentally, and spiritually. This is a 90-minute zoom meeting following a result meeting where you get to learn about your unique constitution. (dosha)
Your Relationship with Food
Before we even make any dietary changes, we need to take a closer look at your relationship with food. In month one we dive deeper into this by doing exercises and coaching sessions around this. You will bust diet myths, get more insights in your beliefs, and break the cycle of a negative relationship with food.
Routines & Rituals
Routine is key in improving physical and mental health and in the next step we are setting new routines and rituals around mealtimes, sleep, exercise, self-care, and rest. We also dive into mindful eating and how slowing down can improve your health.
Your Ayurvedic Food
Now it is time to dive deeper into what you eat. In this part, you will learn what foods work best for your constitution, how to eat with the seasons and all of this without restricting yourself and feeling deprived. We’ll also go over how to meal plan and prep and even work on improving your cooking skills.

I began working with Christa during a time in my life where my sleep and eating schedule was completely out of control. After each weekly zoom session, I felt inspired and hopeful. Through her guidance, I was able to gently address my relationship with food and sleeping and set small weekly goals to regulate my nervous system again.
