July Monthly Ayurveda Cooking Class

Sign up for this Ayurveda cooking class and learn how to make an Asian Noodle Bowl for a delicious mid-week dinner or lunch.

All classes are held on the last Thursday of the month from 6 - 7.30 PM EST. 

You can purchase:

• a single ticket
• a 3-month membership (3 classes, 10% discount)
• a 1-year membership (1 year, 25% discount)

All classes are recorded, you will receive the recording in case you miss a class. 

You will receive the recipe and shopping list one week prior to the class. 

All classes are hosted by Chef Christa and are held live over zoom. 

You need a good internet connection and a device to log into zoom with. You will have to purchase your own ingredients for this class.
