January Monthly Ayurveda Cooking Class
We're switching it up in January! We're making Apple & Cranberry Chutney and Homemade Sauerkraut.

About the Event
January is a great month to add some fermented foods to your meals. These foods bring a pungency that cuts through some of the heavy meals we are eating and aids digestion.
In this class we are making the famous Ayurvedic Ginger Pickle to stimulate appetite, an Apple & Cranberry Chutney, and Homemade Sauerkraut.
The class is held on Wednesday at 5.30 pm.

All classes are recorded, you will receive the recording in case you miss a class.
You will receive the recipe and shopping list one week prior to the class plus a handbook on Ayurveda and seasonal eating.
All classes are hosted by Ayurvedic Chef Christa and are held live over zoom.
You need a good internet connection and a device to log into zoom with. You will have to purchase your own ingredients for this class.
