You'll receive three (90-min)Ayurveda cooking classes with recipes and shopping lists. All meals are summer dishes and good for all doshas.

All meals are vegan and gluten-free and can be adjusted to add meat or fish to serve everyone's needs.

  • what produce to use in summertime (Northern Hemisphere)
  • how to cook for your dosha
  • how to use food for medicine


And lots of kitchen hacks and info on Ayurvedic cooking. 


Bonus class! Kitchari cooking class, how to cook kitchari and eat it year-round for healthy digestion. 


Kitchari is a mix of mung dal (legume) and basmati rice cooked together with spices and vegetables and is healing for the gut.
