Every week you will receive a weekly meal plan or recipe on Thursdays. Tips & other content will be added as well depending on your subscription.

What Type of Meals?


We use seasonal products local to the Northern  Hemisphere. We let nature set the menu. 

For All Doshas

All meals are adjustable to each dosha. This means you can add or take out things that benefit your dosha. 

Vegan/ Veg

Non-vegan meals will have options to make vegan or vegetarian. There will also be many vegan/ veg meals. 


All meals can be adjusted to be gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free etc. 

Honouring Other Cultures

Meals from different countries and cultures will be provided.

What is Ayurvedic Food?

We cook according to Ayurvedic principles....which gives great benefits to my digestion. 



Eating should be for enjoyment and fuel, not for weight loss or only health benefits. Our relationship with food is key to our health and happiness. Cooking our own food can be supportive of that.  



Cooking with seasonal & local produce has many benefits. Nature sets the menu and knows when you need what. Seasonal foods have more flavour and therefore more nutrition. Knowing what is in season also connects to more to the natural world. 


Supports digestion

In Ayurveda, it is said that most diseases stem from digestion. This is why we aim to improve digestion with Ayurvedic foods and herbs. We kindle agni (digestive fire) to better digest, absorb, and assimilate nutrients from our foods. 


Six tastes

Ayurveda has a concept of the six tastes: sweet, sour, salty, pungent, bitter, and astringent. Each taste has its own function; combining them well creates a meal that supports your body best.
